As an Independent Sales Executive, you are the face of CTC Benefits HQ. When you interact with potential clients, you represent our brand, our values, and our commitment to helping businesses thrive. Your professionalism, knowledge, and ability to build relationships are key to our success. As an Independent Sales Executive, you are a hero to business owners. You’re not just selling a product; you’re offering them solutions that can save their business money, increase efficiency, and reduce stress. 

As an Independent Sales Executive, your key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads for potential clients who could benefit from the CTC Benefits HQ platform.

  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods. Build relationships and trust with business owners.

  • Platform Presentation: Clearly and confidently present the value of the CTC Benefits HQ platform, emphasizing the benefits, discounts, and savings available to clients.

  • Tailored Solutions: Work with each business owner to understand their unique needs and match them with the appropriate vendors and benefits within our platform.

  • Collaboration with Inside Sales: Once you’ve generated leads, collaborate with our inside sales team to ensure a smooth transition and conversion of leads into customers.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about CTC’s product offerings and vendor partnerships. Regularly participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred) or

  • a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding goals.
